This lot consists of one (1) two-door metal storage cabinet.

The cabinet has been rated as being in fair condition due to evidence of prior use and cosmetic wear. Observed wear includes surface scratches throughout the exterior and areas of rust near the base of the cabinet. Despite these cosmetic imperfections, the cabinet appears to remain structurally sound based on visual inspection.

The manufacturer of this cabinet is JustRite MFG. CO. The specific model is unknown, as no model designation was identified at the time of listing.

The cabinet features two (2) hinged doors with an integrated locking mechanism located within the metal handle assembly. No key is included with this lot. Internally, the cabinet is equipped with two (2) adjustable shelves in addition to the cabinet base, providing three (3) levels of storage.

Two (2) ventilation openings are incorporated into the cabinet design:

One (1) vent located on the lower left side

One (1) vent located on the upper right side
