The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.

All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, state ID (or Drivers License), and potentially other documentation (e.g. Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is by appointment only. Our pickup location is 3090 Osgood Ct, Fremont, CA, 94539.

Our pickup days is every Thursday 8AM to 3:30PM starting a week after payment is received.

3rd party pickups are allowed as long as an Authorization of Release signed by the purchaser is provided.

SHIPPING

To ship, the buyer must notify a company representative after purchase by phone or email to prepare the item for shipment and provide a shipping quote. An additional packaging fee may apply and charged separately. See below for more details.

Standard Shipping

A packaging fee of $5 or $10 may be charged. The buyer has the option to:

• Provide their own prepaid shipping label. We accept UPS, USPS, and FedEx labels.
• Arrange shipping through us.
• Arrange a 3rd party/courier to pickup and ship the item on your behalf. An Authorization of Release must be provided to the 3rd party and a customer representative.

Freight Shipping

A packaging fee of $50 may be charged. The buyer has the option to:

• Arrange shipping through us.
• Arrange their own shipping. An Authorization of Release must be provided to the delivery driver and a customer representative.
