The auction winner is responsible for the entire tear down and removal of this building. Concrete floor will remain onsite. Again, you will need to provide your own equipment and man power for removal. Auction winner has 30 days to remove building off site once auction has ended.
This building is located at the Chimney Hollow site in Berthoud/Loveland. This is a secure site, you will be escorted the entire time you are on site. Easy access to site. Northern Water may require you to sign safety documents while on site.

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. All freight and shipping costs are the responsibility of the high bidder. All shipping documents must show the buyer as both Shipper and Consigner before the seller will release any items to the freight company at pickup. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal.
