Condition: Fair

This lot consists of one (1) upholstered lounge-style chair, identified by the manufacturer as a Coffee House Inside Curve Chair.

This lot has been rated as being in fair condition due to the chair exhibiting heavy and noticeable wear to the upholstered seating surfaces. Additionally, several of the protective foot glides are either damaged or missing, leaving the mounting screws exposed. As a result, the chair may scratch or otherwise damage finished flooring if used without replacement glides. Despite these cosmetic and hardware-related issues, the chair was observed to be structurally sound and stable during visual inspection.

The manufacturer is believed to be Integra, based on the identification tags affixed to the underside of the chair. A second tag also references Capital Office Systems. The chair features a wooden frame with aluminum feet. Material composition information for the cushions is provided on one of the manufacturer's tags.

The upholstery tag provides the following construction information:

Body: 100% polyurethane foam

Back Cushion: 80% polyurethane foam, 20% polyester
