This lot consists of one (1) wooden armoire. This lot has been rated as being in fair condition due to the piece showing signs of prior use and wear. Cosmetic wear is present in the form of scratches and scrapes throughout the unit.
The front doors have been removed from the armoire. As a result, there are three (3) sets of four (4) screw holes on the interior of the side panels where the door hinges were previously mounted.
The armoire features solid oak side panels and drawer fronts, while the wood material used for the remainder of the unit has not been verified. The make and model of this piece are unknown.
The interior of the armoire includes one (1) installed coat hanger rod and two (2) drawers providing additional storage.

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
