Local Pickup: PLEASE NOTE: PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The winning bidder must make arrangements for the property removal including packaging, loading, prepping and appropriate equipment for secure transportation.

Shipping: Agency will ship assets with prepaid shipping label provided by the buyer. Once you have received a Buyer's Certificate for winning the auction, please contact Washington County Procurement to receive information regarding the weight, dimensions, and how the item(s) are packaged.

Washington County is not responsible for items removed from the properties.

Items that have not had a shipping label provided or have not been picked up within ten (10) business days of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate will be re-auctioned.

NOTICE: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain whether or not they are legally able to purchase and use body armor. Convicted felons surrender their right to own body armor. The US has a federal ban on the possession of body armor by convicted felons (18 U.S.C. 931). Felons can only purchase bulletproof vests if their employer requires it, and they get written permission to do so. Still, it is the responsibility of the felon to refrain from buying body armor. Only they can be prosecuted if they make an illegal purchase. Retailers are not liable for what happens to body armor after it is sold.

If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Washington County, OR makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for mis-description must be made prior to the removal of the property. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
