Pick up must be between 8:30 & 3:30 p.m. The winning bidder will come to 667 Ware Road, Room 207A, Woodstock, IL 60098 to show identification and sign a Bill of Sale. He/she will then be directed to where the item is located for pickup next door. We are not open holidays or weekends.
This auction is for a 2018 Dodge Charger V8 AWD PPV 4-door SEDAN. It starts, runs and is drivable, but the winning bidder should be prepared to provide their own jump if necessary with a jump pack. Jumper cables will not work due to the electronic modules in more modern vehicles. No assistance will be provided.
This vehicle was removed from service June 18, 2026. It was maintained every 3000 miles. The maintenance records are NOT available for inspection. Automatic transmission is operable. All-wheel drive. Exterior color is white. No cracked glass. Minor dents, scratches, dings. There are a few small dings on the body. There is cracked/rusted paint on the right side rear fender area (see pics). Tire condition is good with 6/32 tread. Decals have been removed. Emergency equipment has been removed and there are holes in the exterior that have been filled in. Interior color is black cloth/vinyl. There is a small rip on the outer side of the driver's seat. There are small holes in dash from equipment. The middle console is missing. Stock AM/FM radio. Air conditioning unknown if blows cold. Dual air bags. Cruise Control. Tilt steering. Remote Mirrors. Climate Control. Power steering, windows, door locks.

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. See Terms and Conditions for additional payment instructions. McHenry County does not charge sales tax.
Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If using a 3rd-Party Agent: The Buyer must provide the 3rd Party Agent with a copy of the “Buyer’s Certificate”, which must be brought with them to the pick-up. The Buyer must also provide the Seller with authorization via email to release the asset to the Third-Party Agent and provide the name and/or company name in the email. The 3rd Party Agent must show identification upon pick-up & sign the Bill of Sales. Please note that the County of McHenry assumes no responsibility for items that are picked up by 3rd Party Agents. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
