    I acquire properties directly from the state. After your payment is received, I will satisfy any outstanding taxes and complete any other requirements necessary for issuance of the deed. I have not personally visited or inspected this property. The only information available to me is what has been provided by the state, which indicates that the property is not occupied. That said, I cannot independently confirm whether there is currently a structure on the property.
