This lot consists of thirty-five (35) steel floor tiles, each measuring approximately 24" x 24" x 1.5". The make and model are unknown.
Condition Summary:
The tiles are marked in fair condition due to prior use and exposure to weather. Areas of rust are present, and some tiles may have peeling or be separating from the top surface. Some dints on the tiles and chips to the frames may be present. The tiles have not been individually inspected for the condition of their internal material.
Construction & Design:
Steel body with a top surface appearing to be laminate tile.
Each tile is filled with one of two materials, believed to be either plaster or concrete; the specific material has not been verified.
Designed to fit into slotted floor frames, allowing the tiles to sit slightly above the floor and provide space underneath for wires or similar materials.
Each tile measures approximately 24" L x 24" W x 1.5" H.
Quantity: Thirty-five (35) tiles.

Removal
Packing and shipping services are not guaranteed for all lots. Buyers are encouraged to contact us in advance regarding the specific item(s) they are interested in purchasing if shipping assistance will be needed. When appropriate, limited packing and shipping assistance may be available. Please note that we are located in Alaska, and buyers are responsible for researching and covering all shipping, packaging, and label costs associated with transporting items from our location to theirs.
Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping, unless otherwise specified through written communication with the Seller. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
