This lot consists of a large collection of 297 carpet strips from The Mohawk Group, representing two collections and multiple backing types. Each strip measures approximately 12" W x 36" L, providing approximately 891 square feet of material in total. The strips were previously installed and, prior to liquidation, were professionally shampooed and dried.
Condition Summary:
The collection is marked in fair condition due to prior installation and localized wear. Some strips show areas of fraying or missing fabric, while some rubber-backed pieces have localized areas where the underside is peeling. No pieces have completely missing undersides; the noted peeling is limited to certain areas. Overall damage throughout the collection is considered minimal.

Material Specifications:
The carpet fiber is Duracolor Tricor premium nylon, with a solution-dyed coloring process. The combination of multiple collections and backing types provides a substantial quantity of material for flooring replacement, repair, matching, or other suitable applications.
A specification sheet for the GT434 variant is included in the documents for this posting. The Gravitational collection is identified in the lot inventory as GT434; bidders should review the provided documentation and photographs for additional product identification.
All pieces are approximately 12" x 36". Based on 297 pieces at these dimensions, the total material is approximately 891 square feet. Actual coverage may vary depending on installation layout, cuts, damaged areas, and usable material.
Installation Reference Photos:
Photographs showing the carpet strips installed in their previous location are included in the media section. Photos of the room where the strips were previously installed are provided to give potential bidders a visual reference for the appearance and layout of the material when installed.
Bidders are encouraged to carefully review all photographs and the included documentation and inspect the material prior to bidding to evaluate the condition, backing, color, pattern, and suitability for the intended application.

Removal
Packing and shipping services are not guaranteed for all lots. Buyers are encouraged to contact us in advance regarding the specific item(s) they are interested in purchasing if shipping assistance will be needed. When appropriate, limited packing and shipping assistance may be available. Please note that we are located in Alaska, and buyers are responsible for researching and covering all shipping, packaging, and label costs associated with transporting items from our location to theirs.
Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping, unless otherwise specified through written communication with the Seller. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
