BUYER MUST PROVIDE any necessary items for removal of purchase up to and including extra help to carry, load, disassemble, etc; and also any tools needed (i.e. screwdriver, wrench, two- wheeled cart, straps, etc.) as we do not have these items available. All items MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS from the date of payment. If item(s) are not removed within stated time-frame, a refund of payment will be made and item(s) will be re-auctioned.

Upper East TN Human Development Agency does not offer shipping for ANY items. You must pick up your purchase in person. APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

Buyers may not pick up item(s) without an appointment as we are currently rotating our work shifts and may not be at the agency to assist you.
