Overall the unit is in fair condition. Tires appear to be in fair condition. Tire size is ST205/75/R14. Appears to be roadworthy to travel to its new home. Unit has some damage to the awning and drain pipe (pictured) below the unit.
Trailer purchased by government on 6/18/18 and has been in usage the past 7 plus years for checkout from military families for recreational purposes.
This vehicle is located at the Fort Belvoir Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 778, 10155 Johnston road Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT UPDATE ON ACCESSING FORT BELVOIR: All Purchasers are asked to use the Tulley Gate Entrance for access to Fort Belvoir. Unless you are a current DOD ID Holder you will need to go to the Visitor's Center located at Tulley Gate to obtain an Escort Pass.
Additional instructions will be provided once the purchaser has made payment. If you do not have a Real ID, it is recommended that you bring a second form of ID such as a passport, SSN card, birth certificate or work ID. If you do not have a valid state drivers license you will not be allowed on post (this will include any passengers as well). Individuals with a past felony record (including passengers) will not be allowed on post.
GOVERNMENT HAS CLEAN TITLE. PURCHASER (AS LISTED ON BILL OF SALE) WILL BE PROVIDED AN SF-97 TO GAIN NEW TITLE.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked- up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
