Q & A
Have a question or looking to schedule an appointment?
Hello, I am interested in your property and had a question regarding its buildability. I understand that the current minimum lot size for new interior lots in this area is 12,000 sq. ft. However, I also understand that existing lots of record created before the ordinance was adopted (August 26, 1986) may still be buildable, even if they are smaller than the current minimum requirements. Do you know if these two lots were created before or after that ordinance? Also, do you know if they are considered legal lots of record and eligible for a residential building permit? 08/05/2026 20:03:56 PM
You would need to ask the county 08/05/2026 20:08:43 PM
