If you are the awarded bidder, prior to removal: Before any contractor can perform any type of service or work on Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission property, we will require a current Certificate of Liability Insurance. Specifically, the following information is required on the Certificate of Liability Insurance Acord 25 Form as requested by our General Counsel:
Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission is to be named as an additional insured.
• Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission is to be named as the certificate holder.
• The certificate should note that the policies are primary and non-contributory.
• $2 million commercial general liability.
• $1 million automobile liability.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
