If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your Grader mount shoulder retriever (came off of a Champion grader); worked when taken out of service, has not been used for 12 years.

PLEASE NOTE: Maintenance Crews work 4 - 10-hour days, Monday - Thursday, and are CLOSED ON FRIDAYS. The winning bidder must also contact the Fayette Maintenance Building to make pick-up arrangements, APPOINTMENT HOURS for pick up are 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Thursday.

Removal
REMOVAL: PROPERTY MAY BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyers Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Prior to removal, buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyers Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyers Certificate.
