This listing is for an Epson TM-C3500 thermal label printer in for parts or repair condition.
Item Details:

Description:
• The printer does not recognize the ink cartridges.
• The maintenance box door is missing (see pictures).
• The sensor clip must be manually pressed, otherwise an error message appears.
• A full set of cartridges and a maintenance box are included and already installed.
• Both the cartridges and maintenance box were purchased brand new (see images and invoice), but the original packaging was discarded.
• AC adapter is NOT included.
Important Notice:
• This item is sold as-is, for parts or repair only.
• No refunds, returns, or warranties are offered.
• Buyers should assume this printer may require additional repairs or replacement parts.
Shipping & Pickup:
• Local pickup is available at our storage facility.
• We can also prepare the item for shipment if needed. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping.
• Once payment is received, we will package the item and provide the exact box dimensions and weight so the buyer can generate a prepaid shipping label.
• The buyer is fully responsible for arranging and providing the shipping label.
• A $20 handling fee per container will be charged for packing supplies.
Payment must be made within five (5) business days of the auction’s close. Removal must be completed within ten (10) business days of the auction’s close. No exceptions. Failure to comply with these terms will result in your GovDeals account being locked.

Removal
***Shipping is not directly offered by the seller. However, we can pack or palletize the item if the buyer provides a prepaid shipping label or Bill of Lading (BOL)***
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is available if proper shipping documentation is provided by the buyer.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
