Buckley Iron Works Stainless Steel Jacketed Pressure Vessel with Mixer Serial 4498 11.

Used, visibly aged but structurally intact. Vessel body, jacket, and clamp band assembly appear complete. Rolling frame shows moderate wear.

Jacketed stainless steel pressure vessel manufactured by Buckley Iron Works in 1967. National Board registration number 277. Vessel nameplate lists tank maximum design pressure of 100 PSI and jacket maximum design temperature of 300F. Manufactured under purchase order number NH 192442. Vessel is constructed with a full clamp-style lid, secured by multiple adjustable mechanical lugs, enabling sealed operation under pressure.
Unit is mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel rolling frame for mobility in production environments. Vessel includes various threaded and tri-clamp ports for utility connections (steam, water, nitrogen, CIP lines, etc.), along with a bottom outlet valve assembly.
Agitation is provided by a top-mounted industrial mixing motor driven through an AC Tech MC Series Intelligent Drive (VFD). VFD model M1210B, serial 11908E02, supports 1 HP motor control with input voltage of 200/240 V, 3-phase at 5060 Hz. Output range 0200/230 V, 3-phase, 0120 Hz, rated at 4.6/4 amps. Suitable for variable-speed agitation.
Mixer motor is a Baldor Electric Company hazardous-location motor (UL listed, Class I Group D / Class II Group F & G). Motor details: Cat No. VJ7006A, Spec 34-3538-1543, 1/2 HP, 208230/460 V, 3-phase, 5.12.1 amps, 1725 RPM, 60C ambient continuous duty. This configuration supports controlled mixing under sealed vessel conditions.
System is suitable for small-batch or R&D processing of liquids or semi-solids in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, or specialty manufacturing environments requiring pressure-rated containment with variable mixing speed.

Inspection

Payment

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE -- To make online payment, log into your Liquidity Services account and select 'My Bids'. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is due not later than three (3) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the Liquidity Services Website. Payment Methods are listed above.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
