PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, payment can be made through the My Bids section of your account.

Note: The following payment terms apply to nearly all auctions but may vary based on the seller’s specific terms and conditions:

1. Payment is due within 3 (three) business days of auction closure.
2. Wire Transfer payment is required for the following:
3. Probation buyers: Any invoice $1,000 and above
4. Established (non-probation) buyers: Any invoice $5,000 and above
5. Depending on your history with GovDeals, limits may apply to the number of auctions you can participate in simultaneously and/or your payment options
6. Flywire, our trusted and verified payment partner, will securely process your payment. Payment options may include but are not limited to credit card, debit card, Trustly, ACH debit, and wire transfer.
7. If you select wire transfer, please ensure that your bank references the Flywire payment ID (starts with Z)

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based on the auction’s advertised location.

Note: The following sales tax exemption terms apply to nearly all auctions but may vary based on the seller’s specific terms and conditions:

1. You must complete Liquidity Services’ sales tax exemption form(s). To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
2. We do not accept any form that is outside of the Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
3. We recommend completing the form(s) before the auction closes or before making payment.
