All sales are final and all aspects of transactions are binding. By placing a bid, you subsequently agree to such Terms & Conditions. Payments/deposits are nonrefundable and must be made in full prior to pickup. Buyers must pick-up and load items without the assistance of the seller and within the allocated timeframe. Failure to complete payments in full will result in a default and forfeiture. A preview of the items will be held prior to auction end. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO refunds. NO returns. NO exchanges. NO turndowns. Lotting and sale of items are at the discretion of seller. Seller reserves the right to cancel items prior to auction end. Loading services are not provided. The winning bidder is responsible for the loading and removal of purchased items and assumes all risk incidental to such loading and removal. The winning bidder is responsible for any damage and/or personal injury caused by removal of items. This includes the obligation to repair and restore any damage to the property to the satisfaction of the facility representative. Removal must be made during business hours/at scheduled pick-up time. A copy of the bill of sale must be furnished at the time of removal. Items not removed within the allocated time will be forfeited and the buyer will have no recourse. Any seals, insignias, or aftermarket equipment is not included in the sale. The use or possession of such is prohibited by the seller. All bids shall be arrived at independently without collusion, consultation, intimidation, communication, or agreement, for the purpose of restricting competition, with any other potential bidder. It is expected that buyers shall utilize such property including its disposition in conformance with applicable laws and regulations. The seller makes no guarantees or statements as to the physical fitment, readiness or operation of such property. Vehicle titles being mailed should be received within 90 days. All items are sold as-is. Payments are expected at the time of auction closing and although buyers are afforded a maximum of five calendar days to submit payment as a courtesy, you may be deemed a default bidder sooner for failing to adhere to other terms and conditions or if you cannot be reached. Storage charges may be assessed. Late fees may apply if payment is not received within the allocated timeframe. By bidding, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions whether present during the actual reading or not. Bidders in default will be billed 10% of the bid amount. Accounts with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED if buyers fail to adhere to such Terms & Conditions.
