Removal
Removal is by Appointment Only (***48 hours notice is mandatory***), 9am-1pm, Monday to Friday and all items
must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of auction's close.
Purchases will
be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and
removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided.
***A $40 storage surcharge shall be imposed on the winning Auction Bidder if the sold Auction
items are not picked up within the ten (10) business days***

Default: Default shall include (1) failure to observe these terms and conditions; (2) failure to make good and timely payment; or (3) failure to remove all assets within the specified time. Default will result in termination of the contract, loss of 25% of purchase price of the asset, and suspension from participation in all future sales until the default has been cured.
