This excavator starts with a boost. There are 9,158 hours on the engine and transmission. No engine repairs are needed; it had a new turn table bearing replaced. Diesel engine, automatic transmission. Comes with a fixed thumb attachment that is not currently attached.
** This vehicle is being sold as is, so please bid accordingly. If you win this auction, you will have to figure out arrangements to transport the excavator. You cannot scrap it at the landfill site. **

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified, first. A department will not release any item without proof from Finance Department of payment.
Under no circumstances will Davidson County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
If you plan to have a third-party complete removal of this lot/item, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
