6 Total Sheds with dimensions 8FT Long, 7FT Wide and 9FT TALL.
These shelters were used to provide a living space for unsheltered tenants.
These shelters have been cleaned out, but have not been cleaned (Sanitized)
These are Locked and we do not have the keys.
They are wired for Power, they have a smaller wall heater and a breaker box inside.
The Roofs on a couple of these may or may not leak, there is a tarp over the roof.

I am unsure of the weight, If i had to guess I would say between 600 and 1000lbs? I know they are significantly less then a "Wood" structured shed as these are made with lightweight materials. There is a forklift onsite that can be used by our personnel only. Disassemble by tools could likely be done, these units are shipped disassembled and them assembled onsite, so i would think you can do that in reverse if it makes sense. I am not sure how long that process would take. We also have found keys to unlock some of the units. 09/02/2026 13:54:27 PM

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
