Removal

Upon receipt of your payment, the seller will begin the process of professional deed preparation, signing and notarization, purchasing deed tax stamp(s) for recording, delivery of the deed to the County for recording, the County recording fees will be paid, and, upon recording of the deed, delivery to the buyer by Priority Mail. The County can usually complete this process in as little as 3 weeks, but please allow up to 8 weeks to receive your recorded Deed from the County. You will receive your actual Recorded Deed, as processed and recorded by the County in which the property is located.
