Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. All material(s) on, in or surrounding the vessel shall be removed by buyer, at buyer's expense. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $1000.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the seven (7) calendar days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be solely responsible for loading and removal of all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located. The successful bidder is responsible for all performing all work and providing all equipment necessary to remove the vessel. No trailer, skid, or lifting is provided by seller or All City Towing. The successful bidder may independently contract clearing and loading services with All City Towing. Costs to be determined by All City Towing and negotiated between the successful bidder and All City Towing. Any independent agreement(s) between successful bidder and All City Towing are not part of this auction.
