1999 Honda Accord SEDAN 4-DR, 2.3L L4 SOHC 16V Automatic transmission. Vehicle was running and drivable at time of seizure but has been parked in gravel lot since it was seized in March of 2015. Vehicle was NOT used as an unmarked/undercover vehicle. Vehicle is in poor condition with scratches, surface rust, dents, broken plastic and blemishes throughout. Interior has stains and wear and tear underneath seat covers and throughout. The rear doors open from inside only. Vehicle will NOT start with a jump start, unknown if due to dead battery or other reason. Will need new battery. All four (4) tires are flat (unknown if they just need air) therefore a rollback wrecker or similar vehicle would be required to take possession of the car. No title in hand but court documents (Stamped/Sealed Judgement from local court) will be provided at time of pick-up. VEHICLE SOLD AS IS - NO WARRANTY- NO HISTORY. Local pick up only - WILL NOT SHIP.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
