2011 Ford Escape SPORT UTILITY 4-DR, 3.0L V6 DOHC 24V.

2011 Ford Escape XLT. Please note this Escape is a front wheel drive 4X2. This is a one owner water utility owned and maintained since new vehicle. It features power windows, power locks, keyless entry, AM/FM Stereo, intermittent wipers front and rear, power front seat, cruise control. The vehicle has 82,864 miles on the odometer. Winning bidder will receive multiple keys and all the documentation we have on the car, which is typically the original sale paperwork, and the maintenance records. We have the door code for the keypad entry feature and will include that with the sale. Please note that this Escape does have a dented front fender. The cause of the damage is unknown. It appears that it does not impede the vehicles safe operation. The vehicle does have rust on the body and the rear frame rails as is common for this year make and model. This vehicle is sold as is where is.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for additional removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. At pick up, a Waiver / Release of Liability must be signed by the purchaser or their designated agent, before any item can be removed from the premises. This waiver outlines the responsibly of the buyer at pickup, and with larger items, during the loading process at our facility. It also outlines WaterOnes position on not using our staff or facilities for loading of sold assets. The waiver further covers injuries and damages sustained to WaterOne property as well as damage to the sold item. The waiver is also a standard hold harmless agreement. WaterOne will not ship any items. Property must be removed by appointment only. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION, THE SALE OF THAT ITEM IS CONSIDERED FINAL. Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold WaterOne, its officers, agents and employees, harmless and keep WaterOne free from any and all costs, including attorneys’ fees, expenses, damages, suits, judgements, liabilities and claims for damage arising out of or in any way resulting from WaterOne’ s assistance in loading activities.
