This is a commercial-grade, self-contained electric steam kettle commonly used in school kitchens, cafeterias, and food service operations for preparing soups, sauces, pasta, and batch cooking.
Unit includes:
- Stainless steel kettle with lid
- Tilting mechanism with manual handle
- Control box with indicator lights
- Perforated insert basket accessories shown in photographs.
- Control knob is included and currently removed for transport (see photos)
- Note: Rolling cart/base shown in photos is NOT included. Kettle only.

- Purchased by the District but never installed or placed into service.

Winning bidder must meet District staff at the District Office to complete pickup documentation and will then be escorted to the storage location for equipment pickup. The storage location is within a few minutes of the District Office.
Buyer is responsible for loading and transportation. Unit is heavy; Buyer must come with appropriate equipment. At least 2 loaders are recommended. Loading assistance not guaranteed.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Dublin Unified School District, CA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
