2011 Dodge Charger SEDAN 4-DR, 3.6L V6 DOHC 24V. This vehicle was purchased new in 2011 by the District Attorney's Office. The only known issue is that it feels like the transmission may be slipping. The vehicle has a clean title and is sold as is / where it is.

Inspection

Payment

The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal Payment in full is due not later than 7 days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Payment shall be in the form of a Cashier’s Check, Business Check or CORRECT Amount of Cash. Checks shall be made payable to: Marshall County Commission. Payments shall be made at the location listed in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Removal

All items must be removed within 14 calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Marshall County Commission assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed by appointment only.
