⭐ Buyer arranged shipping will be accepted (see below for materials/handling fees by Seller), but the Buyer will be responsible for selecting their own carrier, negotiate rates, shipping terms, and will remit payment directly to the carrier/shipper of their choice. At NO time will the Seller be liable for any shipping fees. Buyer will provide their own shipping insurance and will NOT hold the Seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping.
⭐ The Seller will shrink wrap the pallet and apply the prepaid label to the outside of the pallet/box. Every effort will be made to package the items in a safe and secure manner, but the Seller is NOT liable for damages incurred during shipping.
⭐ A 'Prepaid Label Shipping Waiver for Assets Won on GovDeals' MUST be completed and returned to the Seller prior to pick up. If this is not completed, the Seller will NOT release the items.
* Items must be removed within 10 days from auction end (or your account could be locked).
* Normal surplus procedures are to wipe or remove hard drives, but THESE WERE NOT CHECKED by Surplus Department.

Payment
PAYMENT If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account. Note: 1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure. 2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer. 3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are FINAL. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
