Yes, it does run & drive. I will attach video of short drive. It does have a bearing noise coming from the transmission, you can also hear it while driving.

There is a noise coming from the transmission that sounds like a bad bearing. You can hear it while driving. You may be able to hear it in the recent video just posted.
