Dear Mr. Sturgill, I hope you are doing well. I am interested in the Lagun MTV-1 Vertical Mill listed on GovDeals and had a few questions before placing a bid. Is the machine currently operational, or was it operating the last time it was used? If I come with a trailer for pickup, would there be a forklift available on site to load the machine onto the trailer? If there is no forklift available at the location, could you recommend a nearby company or service in the area that could assist with loading the machine? Will the machine already be accessible at ground level for pickup, or would it need to be moved from inside the building? Thank you for reach out! Machine is operating and was removed the the School in November. Machine was replaced with a new Mil from Grants. We do not have any way to lift these machines so the buyer will need to bring a forklift. Machines are ground level with a recessed dock outside if a dock height truck is used. We used an outside company to move these machines for us as we had no equipment able to move and load them. (Orbit Movers & Erectors) Here are a couple company's I can reference for you. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
