All interested parties must sign in and receive a pass (picture ID required) at the Georgia Ports Authority Administration Building, prior to viewing the items. This equipment will be sold on an “as is, where is” basis. The Georgia Ports Authority does not guarantee quality, quantity, condition, value, or size and no allowance whatsoever will be made for any deficiency or discrepancy that may be found after sale. Bidders should inspect goods and govern his bid with this condition in mind, as no adjustments will be made after sale. All sales are final.

Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays by appointment only. Winning bidder must contact the Georgia Ports Authority Surplus office to schedule an appointment for pick-up. Property not removed within 10 business days of the auction closing will be considered abandoned, and ownership shall revert back to the seller.
