* 买家在出价前需支付保证金人民币5万元（可退）；

* 此次销售的出价为不含税不含佣金（设备税率13%，买家佣金18%，佣金税率6%）金额； 比如网上出价人 民币 100 元，则买方总计需支付人民币100×1.13+100×0.20×1.06=134.20元；

* 中标买家未经卖方、高富拍卖及其相关联集团公司同意，不能将其公司抬头做为设备出口方；

* 看货需预约；

* 如设备在拆卸搬运过程中涉及到修补屋面洞及墙洞，买家需负责按照卖家要求及标准修补并承担相应费用；

* A refundable deposit CNY50,000 or USD8,000 is needed prior to bidding;

* All prices are net prices and subject to 20% buyer’s premium and applicable taxes (13% VAT on assets and 6% VAT on top of buyer’s premium); If buyer places bid CNY100, buyer will pay 100×1.13+100×0.18×1.06=CNY134.20;

* LSI or any of its group of companies does not act as shipper or exporter of record without its express consent;

* Inspection is optional and by appointment;

* Holes on roofs and walls need to be covered/reinstated according to seller requirement/specs at buyers’ sole expense during asset dismantling;
