Auction Terms & Key Dates

  • Payment Due: Immediately after the auction — payment must reflect by 12:00 noon the following day
  • Auction Finance: Available on Approved Credit
  • All Lots Sold: Subject to seller confirmation
  • Buyer’s Premium: 5% applicable on all lots (includes 15% VAT)
  • VAT: 15% VAT applicable on the purchase price
  • Site Clearance: 3 Working Days
