By attending the onsite preview, all participants acknowledge and agree that:

During the preview period, on-site personnel will be available with access to keys to assist bidders in starting equipment for operational checks and general inspection purposes.

Inspection Guidelines:

• No test drives will be permitted under any circumstances.
• Bidders may start equipment, visually inspect components, and examine under-hood conditions where applicable.
• All inspections must be conducted safely and under the supervision of onsite staff.

• Any operation of equipment is strictly limited to what is authorized by onsite staff.
• The seller makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the condition or operability of any item.

The Seller has sole discretion to determine whether any refunds will be issued, and no refunds shall be owed unless approved by the Seller.

If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) will be declared abandoned, and the buyer will receive no financial compensation.

You MUST bring an appropriate vehicle for pickup, along with the ***payment confirmation/bill of sale***. The ENTIRE lot must be picked up at one time, no partial pickups.

Removal time is from 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. sharp. (July 7th, 8th & 9th)

All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the time and date of auction close.

Items not picked up by the deadline will be charged $50.00 a day until items are picked up.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is unable to accept payment by PayPal.

Purchases will be released only upon a hard copy of the bill of Sale presented to State Surplus and verification of receipt of payment as specified.

Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them.

No assistance will be provided.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Pennsylvania Department of General Services employees, and their immediate family members, are prohibited from bidding on or buying items offered by the Department of General Services on electronic auction sites.

SELLER WILL NOT ASSIST WITH THE REMOVAL OF ANY ASSET(S) PURCHASED. FULL REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNING BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
