Payment in full is due no later than two (2) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: ZA Rand, electronic funds transfer (EFT). Buyer’s Premium of 12% will be ADDED to your winning bid on the invoice. Assets may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within seven (7) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / close of auction, unless agreed otherwise. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the assets. No Assistance will be provided.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the assets offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the assets. If Seller confirms that the assets does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the assets and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the assets.
