- Buyer is responsible for ALL removal costs, labor, equipment, permits and transportation

- Porch must also be removed from the property
- Power pole must be removed from the property
- All contents inside and around the trailer must be removed by the buyer
- Buyer should inspect the unit and determine transportation requirements prior to bidding
- Seller will not provide assistance with disassembly, loading or transportation unless otherwise stated

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
