Description:
Available for sale is one lot of approximately 47 interior doors originally purchased as replacement stock for George Mason University and later determined to be the wrong size for the intended project.
The lot appears to include assorted wood/composite commercial-style doors in varying sizes, hangings, and configurations. Several doors are marked LH, RH, and RHR, and some may be pair doors. Doors have a woodgrain/oak-style finish and are stacked for storage as shown in the photos.
Condition:
Items are being sold as used surplus in as-is, where-is condition. Condition is unknown beyond visible inspection. Some doors may show storage wear, markings, labels, tape, edge wear, scuffs, or other cosmetic imperfections. Exact sizes, specifications, completeness, and quantities should be verified by the buyer prior to bidding.
Important Pickup Information:
Buyer is responsible for all loading, handling, moving, and transportation.
No assistance will be provided by GMU staff.
No equipment will be provided by GMU.
Buyer must bring sufficient labor, tools, and any equipment needed for safe removal.

SALES TAX

Property may be removed M-F 6AM - 2PM. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. For additional information, please see contact below for any questions. Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal.
The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
