Tractor starts with a boost and is operable. Kubota 3.8L V6 diesel engine. Manual 4 speed transmission. 4WD. Maintained every 500 hours.
Interior: Gray cloth interior. Shows wear and tear. Seats stained. AM/FM Radio with Bluetooth. A/C condition unknow.
Exterior: Orange with scratches, dents, dings and rust spots. Has some minor leaks and normal wear and tear. Hole in roof. Tires are in fair condition.
Diamond mower heads - Side mower approx. size 65"x65" and rear mower approx. size 64"x 86". Decks have rust holes and may need repairs. 3 point hitch goes up but sometimes will not go down.
Decals have been removed but impressions may remain.
Equipment has not been tested and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Sold in "as is" condition. Recommend bidders inspect equipment prior to bidding.
INSPECTION AND REMOVAL HOURS ARE 8:30 AM TO 4:00 PM MONDAY - THURSDAY (MUST CALL FOR

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
