Yes, it has 4x4 under it and it is sitting on cinder blocks. It has a wood floor and metal roof. The measurements that i was given are 16ft long, 10 ft tall and 8 ft wide. 04/21/2026 06:52:27 AM

Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. No Shipping-No Exceptions.
