The item(s) in the auction were abandoned or recovered by the police. We are not the original owner and have no additional information. If the pictures show the outside of the box only, it means the “security” seal was still intact and we did not break the seal. If the seal was broken, we removed the item to photograph the contents.
Removal is by appointment only by contacting Damien. His phone number and email will be in the upper right corner of the buyer’s certificate. Parking areas and garages can be found near the building. Once you enter the building, let security know you are there to see Damien in Treasury to pick up your item. You will need a government issued photo identification to obtain a visitors pass to enter the building.
Please note: Shipping is not available. This item MUST be picked up by the winning buyer or their authorized pickup person.

We do allow pickups for your item after you sign the authorization of release. If you are the winning bidder, and you need the authorization of release, contact Frank from GovDeals and he will send you the form: fdonbullian@govdeals.com. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned and made available for re-auction where the proceeds will be applied to the purchaser's account. Please note: proceeds may not be equal to the initial sale amount.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
