2019 KM 8000 TEDD patch cart in NON-WORKING condition. There is a problem with the control module and the cart will not run, not able to get units hours. Was used earlier this summer. Tires are at minimum, trailer brakes work. Has an onboard battery for the hopper dump. Body is very rusty and has a couple holes in the very bottom (see pictures) other misc. body patching around the tire wheel well. Lights work. When searching the KM web site, it states that the hopper holds 4 tons of material.
