2005 American Hauler 14 ft. Tandem Axle Enclosed Trailer for sale.

Trailer is at an alternate location in Beverly, Ohio.

AC unit exterior cover cracked and missing part of the plastic and control knobs.

Inside of door shows signs of localized delamination.

Trailer tongue is frozen and did not unlatch for hooking to a ball hitch type receiver. Hit it with a hammer a couple times and tried leveraging it loose, no movement.

Tires are severely dry rotted.

Rear of trailer is supported by trailer jacks. Wasps in rear vent.

Total length: 15`. Width: 8`. Height: 9`. Ball size: 2``. GVWR: 7,000. Weight: 2,275.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Eliminación

Property must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Business hours for removal appointments are Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm, excluding holidays. There are no after-hours or weekend pickups allowed.

Buyers have five (5) business days to pay once the auction closes. Once payment is made, buyers have five (5) business days to remove property. Any property not removed within the five (5) day time frame is considered abandoned and will be disposed of as The State of Ohio chooses. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Buyer will also be prohibited from bidding and buying from The State of Ohio.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to das.gsd.surplus@das.ohio.gov prior to any removal arrangements being made.
