We cannot make any guarantees regarding the condition of any of these CB units. CB 3189 and 3190 were previously used as loaner units until earlier this year, at which point they were removed from service. All units are currently classified as salvage. While I would expect the LCDs to be present, they may be damaged (e.g., cracked or shattered).
