These tents are stored in a 40' shipping container. A large truck, and material handling equipment will be needed. The bagged tents are heavy and awkward.
1 each - 20' x 20' Classic Frame Tent
22 each - 30' x40' Classic Frame Tent
1 each - 20' x 30' Classic Frame Tent Top Only (no frame). In unused condition.
There are two gaylords full of the 7' x 30' Sidewalls in unused condition. The exact count is unknown. We originally ordered 48.
The sidewalls are at a second location.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign theAuthorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
No Assistance will be provided. Pick up days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. ONLY! No pick-up on weekends or holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
