Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this Seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature for all questions.

Buyers are responsible for arranging all labor, equipment, rigging, and transportation required to remove their purchases.
Large or Difficult-to-Remove Equipment:
For large equipment, items that cannot be safely removed by hand, equipment requiring disassembly, or if you need assistance with loading or transportation, please contact the preferred local rigging company below to obtain a quote. If utilizing your own vendor, the seller may require copies of COI and additional EH&S documentation prior to performing any work onsite.

Pickup Appointments:
- All property must be removed by appointment only M-F.
- Pickup appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Pickup will begin after October 1st.
- All equipment must be completely removed no later than October 23rd.
IMPORTANT:
Bidders who do not remove their purchases within the specified removal period may be locked from bidding on future sales, unless prior arrangements have been made and approved.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
