No guarantee, representation, or warranty that the vehicle will start at pick-up or is roadworthy. Vehicle may have dents, scratches, dings, glue from removed markings as well as other cosmetic or mechanical problems. May require a jump or replacement battery. Please review attached photos for additional information on condition.
Mechanical condition has not been assessed.
Inspections are highly recommended. To attend inspection showing, you must send an email to Daniel.richerson@cityutilities.net indicating your name, date and the time you wish to schedule a showing.
Towing is the recommended method of removal.
No work can be done on the vehicles in the lot other than filling a flat tire.
No assistance will be provided by City Utilities, except jump start and filling flat tire.
Weekday pickups only. NO WEEKENDS.
Appointment is required, or access will be denied.
Valid US Government issued identification must be presented to remove asset.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
