**Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from date the auction ends. ALL BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP THEIR ITEMS. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR ITEMS BY DAY 11 AFTER THE END OF AUCTION THEY WILL INCUR A $10.00 PER LOT, PER DAY FEE. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP AN AUCTION BY DAY 30 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION THEN THE BIDDER WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOV.DEALS TO BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING ON ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS.NO EXCEPTION. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the the property. We do offer free forklift assistance and will also ship to you for an additional fee when you have won auction, please send us your address and we will be glad to give you a shipping quote after you have won auction Property may ONLY be removed between the hours of 8:00 AM & 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday excluding legal holidays.
