Removal within 4 weeks of sale by appointment only with dismantling and loading to transport carried out by the seller, MCEI. The dismantling and loading cost is detailed above as "Additional Fees" and is invoiced with the lot by Liquidity Services on behalf of the seller. MCEi is solely liable for all services and liabilities associated with the dismantling and loading of the lot. Loading is only to standard transport vehicles and does not include loading into shipping containers. Any container loading requirements must be arranged under a separate agreement directly with MCEI. Removal dates must be requested through Liquidity Services and are subject to approval by MCEI. The Buyer must adhere to the site-specific health and safety requirements. Neither LSI nor any of its group companies acts as shipper or exporter of record without its express consent. For EU located assets, non-EU buyers need to engage a customs broker or freight forwarder if exporting assets outside of the EU.
