All bidders interested in making a personal inspection of this item will need to schedule an appointment through Spencer Valentine at (317) 626 8451 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EST).
The item must be removed. Since the item is 83 inches tall and the doorway to the shop is 84 inches tall and the framer rotates, no disassembly should be necessary for removal. No work will be performed on site.
Be prepared to remove between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (EST) on the scheduled pick up day after payment has been fulfilled. IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO REMOVE, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!
All items are used and are being sold AS IS – WHERE IS.
Winning bidders must make an appointment via spencer.valentine@indy.gov prior to picking up or scheduling pickup of their items. This item is large, and heavy. We can get you access to the garage door to the parking lot but that is ground level without a raised dock. We recommend bringing enough personnel and lifting equipment to remove. Perhaps a truck with a lift gate. Buyer agrees to be liable and indemnify the City of Indianapolis for any damages, loss, or injuries caused in claiming or removing the item from its location.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED; you will not be able to pick up property without an appointment.
PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS TO PROCESS PAPERWORK BEFORE SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT.
